Abigail Lynch, LCPC

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and the founder of Limitless Counseling Center, LLC. My work in the mental health and healing world began in 2010 when I started working as a volunteer support group facilitator and community advocate in Minneapolis, MN. My passion for clinical work quickly skyrocketed and I started doing anything possible to learn more about this helping profession and gain practical experience. During that time, I worked in adult foster care, community advocacy, eating disorder support groups, and started preparing for continued graduate education. I received my Bachelor of Arts from University of St Thomas in St Paul, MN and my Master of Science from Marquette University in Milwaukee Wisconsin.

I have worked in partial hospitalization settings, intensive outpatient settings and in a private practice setting. Throughout those experiences I have had the opportunity to work with many inspiring clients and colleagues. That has greatly impacted the work and interventions I use today.

My specialities include working with individuals struggling with Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Specific Phobias, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I also have specific training and experience working with new mothers experiencing Postpartum OCD and Anxiety.
