About Abigail
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified clinician (PMH‑C). I founded Limitless Counseling Center after more than a decade of clinical work in intensive and outpatient settings. My approach is structured, collaborative, and grounded in evidence‑based therapies.
My clinical experience began in 2010 as a volunteer support group facilitator and community advocate. Since then I’ve worked in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and private practice settings — all of which shaped the practical, skill‑based interventions I use today.
Primary specialties
- OCD — Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) and CBT
- Anxiety disorders (GAD, panic) — skill building, cognitive restructuring
- Perinatal & postpartum concerns — PMH‑C informed care
- Specific phobias, PTSD, trichotillomania, social anxiety
Approach & philosophy
We focus on evidence‑based interventions that produce measurable change: CBT, ERP, ACT, and prolonged exposure when appropriate. Therapy is collaborative — we build a plan together, set exposure goals, and track progress with practical homework between sessions.
What to expect at your first visit
- Pre‑intake assessments sent by link to complete before the session
- 50‑minute intake to review history, assessments, and treatment goals
- An individualized treatment plan and a short list of initial skills/homework
- Weekly meetings are recommended at first to build momentum
