Treatment typically begins with psychoeducation — helping you understand how anxiety works and why certain habits (like reassurance seeking or avoidance) actually reinforce it over time. From there, we use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you engage with life based on your values rather than your fears. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on giving you tools you can use outside of the therapy room.
