When should I seek help for postpartum anxiety or OCD?

If anxiety or intrusive thoughts are affecting your sleep, your ability to care for yourself or your baby, your relationships, or your enjoyment of daily life — it is time to reach out. You do not need to be in crisis, and you do not need a formal diagnosis before making contact. Even if you are not sure whether what you are experiencing is ‘enough’ to warrant therapy, we encourage you to get in touch. That is what we are here for, and it may prevent a greater issue down the road.
