What does a typical therapy session for moms look like?

Sessions are 50 to 55 minutes and typically begin with a check-in about how the past week has felt and what you most want to focus on today. From there, we explore what is coming up for you, practice relevant coping skills and tools, and end with setting meaningful goals for the week ahead. The approach is practical and collaborative — not just a space to vent, but a space to actively build skills and make progress.
