We recommend meeting weekly at the start of treatment. Consistent weekly sessions build momentum and lead to faster, more durable progress. As your symptoms improve, we gradually reduce frequency — moving to bi-weekly, then monthly, and eventually to sessions on an as-needed basis. The pace of tapering is always determined together based on how you are doing.

However, we are happy to provide a monthly superbill — an itemized receipt of services — that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. A superbill is an itemized statement of the services you have received, including diagnosis codes and procedure codes, that your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. We provide superbills on a monthly basis upon request. You submit this document directly to your insurance company along with any required claim form. The amount reimbursed depends on your specific out-of-network benefits.
