How often will I need to come to therapy?

We recommend meeting weekly at the start of treatment. Consistent weekly sessions build momentum and lead to faster, more durable progress. As your symptoms improve, we gradually reduce frequency — moving to bi-weekly, then monthly, and eventually to sessions on an as-needed basis. The pace of tapering is always determined together based on how you are doing.
