    Frequently Asked Questions

    Do you take insurance?

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. We accept clients paying out of network as well, and will provide superbills each month for clients to submit to their insurance for out of network benefits. Often your out of network benefits cover at least a portion of your sessions so it's always worth looking into further if you'd like to work together!

    What is your rate?

    150.00 per 50 minute session

180.00 for the initial intake appointment which includes assessment tests.

    How often do we meet?

It is recommended to meet once weekly at the beginning of treatment and we further evaluate the appointment frequency as symptoms start to improve. Often people are seen weekly for at least 4-6 months and then taper down to bi weekly appointments, then monthly and finally just reaching out to us for sessions as needed.

    Are you taking new clients?

The answer to this question varies. Please reach out to abby@limitlesscounselingcenter.com for more information.

Are services provided virtually or in the office?

We are providing virtual services at this time in Illinois and Wisconsin. We are not available for in office appointments at this time.

    What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice or the client is responsible for the session fee. Emergencies happen, and we will take that into consideration as well.

    How does this work?

Great question! Contact us through our contact form on the website or at abby@limitlesscounselingcenter.com to inquire about openings. Then we will discuss what you are coming in for to make sure this is a good fit based on what we specialize in. If not, we will provide appropriate referrals for you. If we are a good fit, then we schedule your initial intake session. Once that is on the books, you will be sent a link to complete assessments and various forms. Your clinician will take a look at those documents prior to your first session and during that session we go over any questions you have and what your goals are for treatment. Then we will meet weekly to work toward your treatment goals.

The counseling relationship is different from most. This is a space for clients to meet with someone who strives for a non-judgmental environment and engages in active listening. We provide that time and space as well as directives to assist clients toward what they hope to accomplish in therapy.
